How do I register my child for basketball?

There are three different options that may be utilized in registering your child for basketball: On Line registration: simply click on the registration icon within this website to easily and quickly register your child. In Person registration:  MBA will hold in person registration on Saturday, September 12, 2009 from 9:00am to 2:00pm in the Mahtomedi Middle School commons.  Registration forms can be (1) printed off from our website, (2) picked up at the Community Education offices, picked up at the Middle School, O.H. Anderson or Wildwood, or (3) picked up at the registration on either date noted above. Mail In registration:  Pick up or print off registration forms as noted above – and simply mail them to the address (along with appropriate payment) noted on the forms.
